Sports Massage

Sports Massage is the application of Massage and Stretch techniques to the muscle and connective tissues of the body to enhance athletic performance and maximizes the performance of the athlete. Pre-event massages are offered to prepare for a competitive event to help prevent injuries and provide a warm up for athletes. Post-event massage can calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation and flush out metabolic waste associated with heavy muscle use.
